Connection speed was not what was advertised. I paid for unlimited wifi access for 14 days, up to 10 devices at one time apparently. We used four devices max at any one time and video wouldn’t stream above 175p on any of our devices. Emergency SIM also did not work. I spent about half a day in total back and forth with them over a week trying to fix it. Customer service good and tried to help but only resolved the issue on day 11 of a 14 day trip. Was offered 13 Euro refund which was insulting. Won’t be using again. Such a shame as great idea and all looked so promising… Agree that battery life was also about 2 hrs max and unit heated up until it was red hot. See More
