MC in this anime is an underdog who becomes stronger. Not only him, the strongest person in the anime (for now) is also an underdog who became the strongest. It is so inspiring to watch their hard work to become stronger and better heroes.

One thing that sets My Hero Academia apart from many shows is not only the number of characters, but how well they are each distinguished, with their own backstories, flaws, and motives.

All the characters, even the villains have a heart-warming backstory.

Breaking away from traditional superhero genre, this one, while still incorporating epic battles, puts more focus on the things that happen between. This can be seen as refreshing and unique in terms of the overall experience.

MHA has a great world building which is trully realistic.

A story that grows into a simultaneously introspective and inspirational master piece. Every thing about the story and characters starts simple and clear, over the 24 episodes without you even realizing it your mind will be blown at what will come next and you will feel more invested in the characters than you thought possible.

This show gets to the point without feeling rushed. You won't find characters spending three episodes charging an attack for three episodes, unlike other more drawn out shows.

Unlike most popular anime, this one is an original work, meaning it can avoid certain practices common with adaptations, such as filler and deviations from the expected plot.
