Pro Not simply an uninstaller
CCleaner is a general Windows maintenance tool but it also has an uninstaller built-in.
Pro Keeps bundling minimal and optional
A common drawback for freeware of this quality is when they are bundled with crap-ware. This only includes Google Chrome and can be easily opted-out of.
Cons
Con Uninstaller function limited
CCleaner does not clean up leftover files after an application's uninstaller has been run, nor can it handle uninstalling applications that do not have an uninstaller.
Con Can't uninstall or detect program without uninstaller
No difference to windows uninstaller. Can't uninstall program with no uninstaller and doesn't even aware of their existance.

Takes up too much ram and CPU, and not a good cleaner anyway.
