Pros
Pro Clean software
The software comes straight from Google (the owners of Android), and isn't loaded with bloatware (apps that comes pre-installed that serve little to no purpose) like most phones these days. It is embedded with Material Design Elements - animations transform smoothly, and big blocks of bright colors are used.
Pro Great media experience
Whether you're streaming video, listing to music, or snapping pics and videos, the Nexus 6P won't disappoint. The two stereo front facing speakers provide an immersive experience for any audio, and they direct the sound right at you instead of out the bottom (no need to cup your hand around the speaker). The camera is the first time Google has gotten it right - at 12MP it uses larger pixels for better low light performance. The only downside is the stock camera app is very basic, but you can take your pick of hundreds of replacements on the Play Store.
Pro Large, beautiful screen
The 6P uses a Samsung-made 5.7" 1440p Amoled display - the same generation as the Galaxy S6. That means that the colors are bold, blacks actually look black (not that dark-blueish that IPS displays show), and it's very pixel dense making text and pictures extremely crisp.
Cons
Con New charging port
Old micro USB cables will not work with this device, meaning if you lose or break your cable you will need to buy a new one instead of using an old cable you had lying around. If you need to top up your phone away from home, it will be much harder to find a suitable cable initially.
Con Uses the Snapdragon 810
The Snapdragon 810 has been Qualcomm's biggest flop in recent years. When it first launched, phones using it would overheat or reduce performance to keep temperatures at a reasonable level (thermal throttling). Since then, software tweaks and a hardware revision have helped, but this is still not a very efficient processor. The saving grace is the GPU - it's really good, and games perform admirably.
Con No expandability
The 6P doesn't have a removable battery (although very few phones do these days), but most phones at least come with a SD card slot which is also lacking in the 6P. At least Google gives you options - there are 32, 64, and 128GB versions of the 6P, although those options are much more expensive than a comparable SD card would be.
