All of the in-game options means there is a swath of strategies to experiment and play around with making for a game that one can spend a good amount of time playing in order to learn all the different aspects.

Pro Best graphics in genre
Paragon uses Unreal Engine 4 which makes the game run smoothly even on mediocre PC and look very photo realistic.
Pro Wide array of interesting heroes
Paragon offers a number of interesting heroes and abilities. Despite many people calling the character models "basic" , you soon realize that with each new character you find new play-styles, abilities, and approaches to the game.

The camera in Paragon is located behind the character, which makes the game process more dynamic. Camera position is fixed, what means the character will be shooting and looking to the point reticle is aiming at. Damage is the same regardless of zone of hit on the enemy.
Pro Takes skill to aim basic attacks like a 3rd-person shooter
All basic attacks require aim, especially ranged heroes.

Adding the Y axis to the game adds more aiming skill to the game compared to all others only using X and Z axes.

BUT it has been rereleased as FAULT.
Cons
Con Playerbase in some regions is very low
Communities are limited to some region like US and Europe. SEA players are having a hard time if they want to play multiplayer - they are often matched to EU/US due to lack of online playerbase and get ping times from 330-520.
Con Slight advantage gain to those that use real world money
In-app purchases are not limited to just cosmetic items, which means there is the possibility to get an advantage by unlocking worthwhile items with real world cash.
Con Shutting down
Developers switched their attention to another game.
Con Steep learning curve
The card use and deck building takes some time to learn and get used to, but has improved since the origin of the game.
Con Requires high specs
If you want this game to run at a high frame rate and look good on at least a 1080p Monitor, you're going to need a powerful system.
Con Epic Games is an incompetent developer
Closing down Paragon because they can't make Paragon a MOBA.
Con Updates often break things
Con Still in Beta
Paragon is still in open beta and thus is working on issues with broken or overpowered characters, bugs and glitches, and sometimes just broken game mechanics. Many of which, they are not listening to the community about With the monolith update and major deck changes, A ton of the community jumped ship. Some tried to go back, but its just even more of a mess.
Con Heroes are unbalanced on purpose
Heroes are made OP on purpose to sell new skins, which most of the time are nothing more than recolors.
Con No interesting heroes
Con Wasted opportunity
The 3rd-person perspective could lend itself so well to a faster, action-packed MOBA experience, but the developer's insistence on slow paced games with the bloated card system relegates this MOB to simply another game trying to copy what has been done before with very little innovation.
