Pros
Pro Comes with Vivaldi as default browser, but has a browser selection tool
Has a tool to install pretty much any browser, and even adds other browsers from APT if you add PPA's. Default choices include Chromium, Google Chrome, Opera, Firefox, Falkon, and more. Tool also lets you set default browser if you install more than one, say for web-dev testing, or for usage segregation workflow.
Pro Based off of Kubuntu, with some extra sauce
bits and pieces brought over from Zorin and Mint, and a few custom tools, on top of an Ubuntu LTS base. Flatpak and Snaps are both disabled, but either one or both can be enabled from the welcome screen, along with non-free codecs, with a few clicks.
