Flagged Pros + Cons
Pro It's Debian
Devuan is Debian just without systemd, it just mirrors the the Debian archive and repacks packages that have hard deps on systemd.
Con Impossibe to install on non-free hardware
Unlike Debian, Devuan offers no unfree install media so if your system needs unfree drivers(eg a laptop or a tablet) its nearly impossible to install devuan on it.
Out of Date Pros + Cons
Con Only for x86
Devuan is only available for Intel x86-based PC's (namely i586+ and amd64).
