Pros
Pro High-realism
The vehicles in SpinTires are very realistic, right down to the mud-caking on the tires when you get into the loose stuff. In addition, the terrain is also very realistic. You could look ahead of you and actually plan your route around soft soil, mud puddles, and you know when it's time to engage your differential locks.
Pro Multiplayer is an awesome experience
Multiplayer in this game brings the game to a whole new level. What's more fun than running a convoy through the bush. One person would get stuck, the other would have to pull them out. Then the roles would reverse. Or the best, when you both get stuck and have to winch off of trees (and each other) to get out of the mess. It was usually a good plan for one person to run the "mission" vehicle while the other drove a fuel truck/tanker.
Pro Getting stuck is fun
It doesn't happen too often that games bring in the realism of "mudding". In this game, you will get your vehicle stuck and will have to winch yourself out. Every vehicle has a winch, but the winch is limited and occasionally you'll have to swap to another truck in order to pull yourself out.
Cons
Con Fuel limitations are annoying
The realism of the vehicles is somewhat ruined by the extremely limited fuel supply they carry. Honestly, if you ran out of fuel this fast in real life you'd never get anything done. I get that it gives you a reason for the fuel trucks and increases the difficulty level, but if you can't drive 2 miles on a full tank of gas then you really need to check your fuel line for a hell of a leak.
Con Fog of War minigame
The developer decided that maps should have a "Fog of War" on them, and in order to reveal an area, you actually have to drive up to a "black tornado" in the center of the area. I understand that this was done to basically give players something to do, as you get an achievement for clearing an entire map, but it drops the game realism to almost zero. Honestly, anyone who actually works in the bush has one key tool with them. A map.
